I am unable to refund a recent purchase?

Here are some general guidelines when refunding purchases that could affect your ability to refund. 

  • You must allow 24-hours after payment is collected to refund the transaction. That is a requirement of Authorize.net. 
  • You can refund purchases up to 120-days prior within the billing tab inside a member's profile
  • If a purchase is outside 120-days you may be able to refund them in Authorize.net. If you do refund a person inside of Authorize.net that refund will not be displayed in the billing tab inside a member's profile. Please make sure to note the refund in the Activity Feed of their account for accurate record keeping.
