How do I add/remove a new card on file for a member?

To add a new card on file or verify card information you would do the following.

  1. Login to your Memberflow Portal. 
  2. Go to the member list view by clicking 'Memberships' from the main navigation. 
  3. Search for the member by their first name, last name, or email address. 
    • Only primary members (The person who purchased the membership) will show in the list view results. To view secondary members on an account, click the blue user icon to the right. 
  4. Once you have found the member profile, click on the name of the member in the list view to open their profile. 
  5. Click on the 'Credit Cards' tab.
  6. Once in the 'Credit Cards' tab, click 'Add Credit Card'
  7. Fill out the short form including 'Billing Address' and 'Payment Details,' click 'Save'

To remove a card on file you would do the following.

  1. Follow the steps above to access the member profile and the 'Credit Cards' tab.
  2. Click the red 'X' icon next to the credit card.

Please note, if there is a recurring subscription tied to the credit card you will first have to click the 'Cancel Recurring' button in the 'Billing Tab' or update the recurring card details to a new card.
