How do I update a member's credit card for their recurring subscription?

To update the card a member is using for their recurring subscription you would do the following.

  1. Login to your Memberflow Portal. 
  2. Go to the member list view by clicking 'Memberships' from the main navigation. 
  3. Search for the member by their first name, last name, or email address. 
    • Only primary members (The person who purchased the membership) will show in the list view results. To view secondary members on an account, click the blue user icon to the right. 
  4. Once you have found the member profile, click on their name in the list view to open their profile. 
  5. Click on the 'Credit Cards' tab.
  6. Click 'Add Credit Card' to add the new card.
  7. Fill out the short form including 'Billing Address' and 'Payment Details,' click 'Save'
  8. Next, click on the 'Billing' tab.
  9. Click 'Pencil Icon', to edit the recurring billing settings.
  10. Select the new card from the 'Credit Card' drop down and click 'Save.'
