To verify a member's user email address do the following:
- Login to your Memberflow Portal.
- Go to the member list view by clicking 'Memberships' from the main navigation.
- Search for the member by their first name, last name, or email address.
- Only primary members (The person who purchased the membership) will show in the list view results. To view secondary members on an account, click the blue user icon to the right.
- Once you have found the member profile, click on the name of the member in the list view to open their profile.
- On the 'Contact Info' tab make sure that the Memberflow account has been activated, it should say 'True'. If it says "False' you will need to send them the activation link. You will not be able to reset their password, as their account has not been finalized.
- Click on the 'Users' tab.
- Once in the 'Users' tab, click on the yellow edit icon for the appropriate member.
- Verify the user email is correct and click on the 'Change Password' button
- Update their password information. Requirements for password are below:
- At least 6 characters
- At least one number
- At least one uppercase and one lowercase character
- At least one special character
- Click 'Save Password Change'
